This service description document (“Service Description”) outlines the Prisma Access Premium Success offering which includes Scale and Optimize services and Premium support (“Premium Success”) that Palo Alto Networks will provide to the customer (“Customer”, “You”, or “Your”). The Premium support is subject to the terms and conditions of the Palo Alto Networks End User Support Agreement (“EUSA”). Scale and Optimize services are subject to the terms and conditions of the Palo Alto Networks Professional Services Agreement.
